South Coast Surveyors is based in Shellharbour City Centre. Timothy John Sigley (BSpSc Hons Surv., MIS) and David Thomas Richards (BSpSc Hons Surv., B.Eng Hons) bring surveying and engineering experience to property, design and construction projects.

Buying a property or need a report for your project? An identification survey provides the agreed report and sketch showing improvements in relation to title boundaries. Discuss the intended use with us before ordering.
Subdivision Plans
Planning to divide land or create a strata scheme? We coordinate the surveying component with your project team. Survey plans, planning approvals, works and registration are separate stages, with scope agreed for your property.
Boundary Surveys
Planning a fence, replacing missing pegs or working near a boundary? We research survey records and assess field evidence to re-establish the required boundaries. Agree which boundaries need marking and what documentation you require.
GPS / GNSS Surveys
Need survey control or georeferenced spatial data? GPS/GNSS can support mapping, design and construction, with the method selected for site conditions and required accuracy. Send the site extent and data specifications.
Detail and Contour Surveys
Preparing a design, renovation or development? A detail survey records agreed site features, levels and contours for your architect or engineer. Confirm the survey extent, datum, boundary information and output formats before fieldwork.
House Setouts
Ready to build? House setouts transfers agreed design positions and levels to the site. Send the current approved plans, construction stage and programme so we can scope the setout and checking work.
